Hi everyone! This week has been so much fun! In 2015 I organised the dance camp “Petit Plié” for the first time. The second edition was this week! I teached a modern class and a ‘tone it up’ class. I’m sharing a part of the warm-up from my tone-it-up class right here. Join me and let’s work out!
For all levels
You can make this warm-up as hard as you want. For example, the closer to a 90 degree knee in a lunge, the harder. Or go lower in your plié squats to make it more difficult! This warm-up is for all ages and all levels.

If you want to follow a real life class (1 hour of toning up your body) you should keep an eye on the website of my dancecamp Petit Plié. The lessons are multiple times a week but you can choose how many times a week you want to join. 🙂
