My own schedule:

Currently, my personal workout schedule looks like this:

* Monday: Legday + Abs
* Tuesday: Upper Body
* Wednesday: Legday + Abs
* Thursday: Upper Body
* Friday: HIIT
* Saturday: Spare day
* Sunday: Yoga/Stretching
