This type of cardio is perfect for weight loss. The workouts are intense, short and very effective to burn fat. No more excuses, let’s go! I’m showing you 4 exercises which you’ll have to do for 45 seconds each. You can take 15 seconds rest in between exercises. Make sure to do up to 5 rounds to get a complete HIIT.
