WHICH IS YOUR FAVORITE SPORT?

My favorite workouts are home workouts, more specifically muscle tightening exercises.

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK DO YOU WORK OUT?

Currently I’m working out 3 times a week.

WHICH (FITNESS) GOALS HAVE YOU REACHED?

I like to challenge myself considering strength. I love seeing how my body gets stronger and stronger.

WHAT DO YOU EAT ON A REGULAR DAY?

For breakfast I eat yoghurt with granola and fruits. At 10 a.m. I grab a cereal biscuit or homemade sugarfree snack. For lunch I eat a toasted sandwich with hummus, avocado or fresh cheese and vegetables. Then at 4 p.m. I eat a piece of fruit and for dinner I eat wok with soba noodles, vegetables and pork strips or chicken cubes.

DO YOU USE SUPPLEMENTS?

I do not use any supplements.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN ON YOUR FITJOURNEY?

I’ve been interested in healthy food since I was 15 years old. Working out has had alternately a small or bigger part of my life the last 13 years. Especially the last 4 years I”ve been very eager to find a good balance between eating healthy and getting fit(ter).

WHY DID YOU START YOUR FITJOURNEY?

I wanted to have a tighter body. As soon as I saw results, it became my motivation to keep going!

WHAT’S YOUR BEST TIP TO GET FIT?

Find a sport, group class or home workout which you enjoy. If you like to work out, you’ll be having fun sweating!

WHAT DO YOU LIKE MOST ABOUT YOUR LIFESTYLE?

I’m more open for new sports or workouts. I love discovering new things. It’s positive for my social life as well, this way I can connect with likeminded fitgirls!

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY MORE GOALS IN THE FUTURE?

I do not have a specific goal at the moment. I’ll continue to do what I’m doing right now.

WHO IS YOUR BIGGEST INSPIRATION ‘FITWISE’?

Kayla Itsines. As soon as she launched BBG, I got into it. I saw results extremely fast and Kayla didn’t only create a workout schedule, she made an entire community. Her moto “empowered women empower eachother” is were the entire community is about: finding likeminded people, getting inspired by other fitgirls and encouraging others on their jouney.

Throwback to the @kayla_itsines Sweat Tour. Too bad Kayla isn't hosting any bootcamps this year. Hopefully again next year 💪🏻
