Tired, lazy, no energy … Sounds familiar? Use my tips to get more energetic immediatly:
1. Drink more water!
If you don’t drink enough water, you’ll be dehydrated and that’s what makes you lazy and tired. Make sure you drink a glass of water right when you wake up and continue to drink water during the day, try to drink 2 liters a day!
2. Don’t get hungry
Make sure to eat healthy snacks or divide your meals into smaller portions during the day. This way you won’t get hungry (which makes you irritated and tired).
3. No coffee
Don’t use caffeine boosters to wake you up, because a boost always has a downfall as a consequence. You will get energized by a cup of coffee in the morning but it makes you even more tired when the caffeine ceases.
While smiling, your body produces endorphines. You’ll feel happier, less stressed and more energetic! Surround yourself with happy people who lift you up and give you a boost!
5. Work out
During workouts, your body produces endorphines as well. You’ll feel fit, happy, healthy and energized!
6. Get to bed earlier
By sleeping an extra hour, your body will be more energized. Don’t sleep in and stay in your bed longer, this will make you lazy and tired.
