A lunch ready in 10 minutes, healthy AND perfect for summer? CHECK! I made a delicious pasta with avocado sauce in under 10 minutes. Let me share the recipe with you:
- 1 avocado
- (brown) pasta (200g)
- olive oil (70ml)
- little tomatoes
- pumkin seeds
- Cook the pasta
- Take the inside of the avocado, put it in the blender and add some olive oil, pepper, salt and pumpkin seeds.
- Blend the ingredients to the texture you prefer (very smooth or with little pieces)
- Mix the avocado sauce under the pasta
- Put the pasta on a plate and add some little tomatoes
