Pasta with avocado sauce

A lunch ready in 10 minutes, healthy AND perfect for summer? CHECK! I made a delicious pasta with avocado sauce in under 10 minutes. Let me share the recipe with you:

Ingredients:

  • 1 avocado
  • (brown) pasta (200g)
  • olive oil (70ml)
  • pepper&salt
  • little tomatoes
  • pumkin seeds

The recipe:

  1. Cook the pasta
  2. Take the inside of the avocado, put it in the blender and add some olive oil, pepper, salt and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Blend the ingredients to the texture you prefer (very smooth or with little pieces)
  4. Mix the avocado sauce under the pasta
  5. Put the pasta on a plate and add some little tomatoes

I'm using the Philips Avance Blender.
