About the stretching program
You’re supposed to work on your flexibility for four weeks. Week 1&2 are similar, and so are week 3&4. This way you’ll be able to track your progress much easier. Out of 7 days in the week, you’ll be stretching for 6 days. Every session starts with a good warm-up to prevent injuries. You can pick your warm-up out of 6 different warm-ups with a different intensity. The stretching sessions switch between different kinds of exercises.
This way your body can recover enough before a new stretching session.
In #BendibleBody you can find all stretching exercises explained in detail with pictures. There are some tips to make it easier and to challenge yourself too.
